Compartment Doors: Removal and replacement of the second compartment door, including a new compartment door lock.
Windows and Access Doors: Removal and replacement of the passenger side rear window and the refrigerator’s top access door.
Moldings and Panels: Replacement of the right rear side cap molding and the skirt filler panel.
Frameless Window Installation: A new frameless window was installed as part of the repair process.
Mud Flap and Wheel Flare: Removal and replacement of the mud flap and wheel flare.
Fiberglass Repairs: Repair work on the fiberglass in various areas, including in front of and behind the rear window, at the refrigerator vent, and on the rear cap’s right side. This also includes repairing a scrape in the sidewall above the flare.
Materials: Utilization of specific paint materials to match the RV’s original color scheme.
Color Refinishing: Refinishing in silver, black, and gray clear colors, including the rear cap.
Fill, Sand, and Prime: Filling and sanding of repaired areas, followed by feather priming and blocking to ensure a smooth surface for painting.
Masking and Tinting: Masking of areas to protect them during painting, and tinting in three different colors to achieve the desired finish.
Tail Light: Removal and reinstallation of the right tail light.
Outlet Cover: Removal and replacement of the 110 outlet cover.
Entry Door Frame: Repair work was carried out on the entry door frame to ensure structural integrity and proper functioning.
The RV underwent extensive refinishing work, including the rear cap and other key exterior areas, to restore its appearance and protect it from environmental elements.
